How to Request Maintenance Service: All repair requests must be in writing or via email. Even emergency requests(a situation that may harm you or the property, i.e. burst pipe, fire, flooding) must be followed up with a written description of the event. Covered Repairs: Items not covered in your lease as 'owner paid' will be charged to you. Also, any maintenance issues that are deemed 'resident negligence' (i.e. hair clogging drain, a/c filter dirty) will be charged to you.
